I walk in, 4 workers chatting, no one offers to help for 10 mins as I’m standing there starting at them. I walk out without anyone saying as much as a hello to me. I would rate this at a 0 if I could. You’re supposed to be working, not socializing. Nothing more disappointing.

T-mobile sold me a battery charger( Randolph St location downtown Chicago)  I was visiting and explained my phone needed 'juice'. After over 10 yrs being a customer, the clerk could have plugged it up. ( without selling me a $40 charger. GEEZ!!!  Customer Care was contacted, $50 was deducted from my next Bill.  T-Mobile has been good to me throughout the years.

Staffs are not trained properly. I expected they  know how I can modify my billing plans through the tmobile app. They ain't interested in anything apart from selling new items. For everything else they will insist you to call 611. Not helpful at all.

Watch out for the bait-and-switch a “trick”.
This is an internationally used sales tactic in which a customer is attracted (bait) by the advertisement of a low-priced item but is then encouraged to buy a higher-priced item (switching).

A customer is attracted by a favorable offer and finds that the item is unavailable, or available only in insufficient quantity. As the customer is disappointed by acquiring nothing at all, he/she is well placed to purchase more expensive available stock offered, potentially considering the substitute a similarly good deal. Sellers often won’t show the advertised product at all but will present an analogical product with a higher margin instead.

Check what they offer you.  They offered me a free tablet' turns out if I cancel my data only sim card before 2 yrs,I have to pay for the tablet. I returned the tablet and they charge u a restocking fee
