After being forced to go to a Sprint store and being that this one is within a few blocks of my house I went here with some simple questions in regards to my account. There were two people being served by three employees. I was told we will be right with you. 

One of the groups being helped actually had the same question I did, and had a hard time explaining he just wanted to take advantage of the buyout option for his phone. Essentially trying to give them money and the employee wasn't getting it.

10 minutes go by another group of individuals walk in. None of the employees were moving with what I would call any type of urgency.

At the 25-minute Mark I hear one of the customer service Representatives tell the group of people that walked in after me, that they will be seen next. 

Long story short the employees inside the business didn't really look like they wanted to be at work and we're not moving as fast as they could have.
 
Way to go Sprint. Have customers go to your stores to give them even a worse impression of your company.

The store in Turlock is 22 miles away. They were way more customer service oriented. Guess i will go there to be satisfied.

Worst customer service I've encountered . NEVER, NEVER, AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH SPRINT!!!!!!  SPRINT SOLD ME A BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX DEFECTIVE PHONE (GALAXY S8+ )(PAPER WEIGHT). SPRINT WILL NOT FOLLOW POLICIES AND WILL CHARGE ANYTHING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN! WORKERS ARE SLOW AND DIDN’T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING! THEY KEPT GOING TO THE BACKROOM TO CALL SOMEONE THAT HAD A CLUE! MANAGER WAS ALSO RUDE! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS STORE!!! I MAY DROP SPRINT ALTOGETHER, THEY PISSED ME OFF THAT MUCH!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM

Most of the workers are not customer service oriented.  They are not genuinely nice. I say get rid of all of them and start over!
