MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Without one you will be waiting all day. When i went to pick up my iPhone 8 it took forever. They kept pressuring me to buy a case, speaker, wireless charger, and screen protector. I repeatedly said no (i already bought one from amazon) but they persisted. The screen protector they tried to sell me was $40... when i has the exact same one at home form Amazon that cost $7.50.

Staff was friendly, helped very quickly, upgraded our phone no problem. One drawback was they had none of the new iphones on display.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!! We went in to buy out our phones, and one of their sales reps informed us about a deal going on for the iPhone 7. He gave us the wrong information in front of the other sales reps and then proceeded to charge us a very large amount which was definitely not part of the deal. While we were trying to clarify the situation, the other two employees working were showing their attitudes and one of them was laughing like she could actually afford that amount and not have to worry about anything with her low income job. The supervisor then comes and tells us that she'll "take care of us" and that she's known to take care of all of her customers. Honestly if this is her taking care of her customers by showing her attitude and then acting like we were in the wrong, then she needs to learn what the word caring means. The one day later, we decided to simply return the phones and end the service, but the manager decided to yell and spit at us and then threaten to call the police on us as if we were the ones making a scene. Sprint really needs to work on their staff and their customer service because it's definitely losing them a lot of service.

If you are reading this, please take notice to the low customer service scores of this store.  The management of the store is immature and not customer service oriented.  As a corporate store, I expected better.  He was petty and showed absolute disregard for me once he felt he could not up sale me.  Every customer should be treated like a future customer whether they buy what you ask them to buy or not.  Again, there is a reason why their scores are so low.
