Best time to go is in the morning, because the afternoon gets crowded. Great customer service, with good vibes. Got what I needed with a good bundle deal by (Fernando).

Slowest and worst customer service I've ever seen. I never write any reviews, but I had such a bad experience there that I had to write one. They advertised a deal then jacked up the price all of a sudden after they took down all of my info to create a new account without any warning. Then after talking with their customer service representative for an hour I get transferred 4 times and then hung up on. Fun. Then they send me a phone bill in the mail for the 10 movies the phony account was "active". They screw me over and bill me for the fun of it. T-Mobile in general sucks, but this store in particular has the worst service I've ever seen.
