Excellent service- 
I place an online print order with special instructions to print on 11x17 paper.
The job was done on 12x18 and had to have it reprinted to correct size. By trial and error time goes by and  it's 8:10 pm and another associate comes by and kicks me out stating they are not getting paid after 8pm. So they stop trying to print the last 3 pages with  already reprinted 6 out 9 pages. 
Best part is they wanted to charge me again for the job that was done incorrectly at 8:10pm 

Great customer service.

I decided to go back to Office Depot, because in Washington State, I had great service. This store doesn't look as much impressive as far as the interior design and the quantity of  merchandise goes... Well, I live close to Staples, and it was Soo expensive, when I paid for color prints. I wasn't happy. Plus after signing up for their app via three different emails, I still had trouble. I'm glad, I went to Office Depot. Raul called me and gave me some printing advice, once I signed up online and used the app. I'm glad, I  stopped by. He is great with Customers.  So far so good. I will see, what my print job looks like tomorrow, hopefully it went well, once I pick it up. I will add more, if anything changes. As for now, it's a five star for me.

Well when you arive  you can expect at least 15 minutes or so I'm not even getting acknowledged then when you do get acknowledge you'll get right in the middle of helping you out with your request and stop and make you wait while they held for other customers and completely forget about what they was working on of yours and tell you say something to the manager who is very friendly very nice very well-mannered very attractive maybe almost anyway she gave me my three copies for free because of the customer service that I have received so I'm happy about

I wanted to take the time to recognize an amazing employee named Ashley!  She has honestly been a huge help from the first day I came to Office Depot.  I have also heard the same sentiments from people I know personally she has provided assistance to.  From my experience, Ashley is the most personable, professional, and sincere person amongst her team members.  No matter what is going on around her Ashley keeps a positive mood, it can be busy, her coworkers can be lacking in support or their positivity and Ashley perseveres!  The first time I went to Office Depot for help I stood in line and an elder caucasian male by the name Mike was at the register, when he looked at me his face became grim and I was uncomfortable to approach the register to share with him the reason for my visit. I explained to him that I was there to print flyers because I was instructed by someone I work with that we have them printed here.  He told me that they did not print flyers and I asked if he was sure because the person who instructed me to come, gave me the impression that they come all the time to have this completed without any trouble . He told me no, listed other items they print and turned away from me... literally walked away from the counter.  Good thing I had sense to inquire with another employee, on the verge of tears I explained to Ashley what I needed help with and that Mike refused to assisted me, she apologized for her team member and helped me on the spot with the flyers.  I was in disbelief that Mike had been blatantly dishonest and I'm not understanding why to this day; however, he was not discrete at all in making it obvious which customers he was willing to help, very discriminatory, not only in who he chose to help but the demeanor he chose to for each guests also, instead of just treating everyone the same was very uncomfortable for me to witness.  I also called today and Reina answered the phone, she said "uhm a lot" prior to responding to my questions and was not very helpful in finding a solution to help me.  I like to call prior to coming in for printing because I understand sometimes staff can be busy, unfortunately, Ashley is not there today, so the energy is certainly different.  Reina was responding to me in a manner which was obvious that she just wanted me to get off the phone.  I did call back and was assisted by Isaiah, now I have not worked with him in person but I think I have seen him before, now he was professional and realistic.  I appreciate that and he was not trying to steer me away from getting what I needed done with Office Depot as Mike and Reina had made it so obviously put without verbally articulating.  Thank you Isaiah and though I have not experienced working with you in person as I have with Ashley, I appreciate you offering and look forward to working with you in the future.  Please keep in mind that not being able to have something done for a customer is not a good reason for a negative review, it's always your own attitude you consciously choose to present for people to judge.
