The time was right for my wife and I to upgrade our iPhones. We went to the Sprint store in the Rivercity Marketplace in Jacksonville Florida. 
We upgraded both phones to the iPhone X. 
The service we received was excellent. 
Our data was transferred to the iPhone X and carried over perfectly. 
The iPhone X is working perfectly. Venessa gave us all the instructions we needed to start using our new phones. She is a good teacher as well as a technician.

Wonderful experience with your agent Tierra, she thoroughly explained my purchase, the bill and cost every month. I haven’t had a wonderful experience with anyone in customer service, for some time... I would rate my experience at this store, with your agent Tierra, a 10 out of 10‼️
It’s so easy for people to criticize, especially in the climate in which we live in, but when someone gives you a 110%, it’s our HUMANITY to shout it out, and give praise!!!!👍🏽😊 
Ask for TIERRA, and she will take care of you! all questions, and yes... even the ones that make U sound technology challenged, she breaks it down in English 😊

Went in to upgrade my phone and was in and out quickly. Unfortunately, the wrong number was upgraded which caused an issue with my other line (amongst other things). Went back to the store and was helped by Jerrod and Joshua. They were fantastic! I was in and out in under 40 minutes a very satisfied customer.
