I went to sprint today to get my mother a new phone for mother’s day and I had Mason help me out and he was wonderful! Super nice and helpful in my situation! We’ve been customers here for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience! Thanks for always helping us out!

Highly recommend this store! Haley was great!! I walked in to upgrade my phone to the new iphone. Not only did they have a great stock and selection of accessories, but they seamlessly transferred everything to my new device. Haley was super helpful and answered all of my questions! I've never had such pleasant workers at the Sprint store in all my years as their cell customer!!

The staff at this location go above and beyond customer service. All of the employees are extremely helpful and genuinely care about you and your problem. Andrew, the manager, is so supportive of his staff and extremely helpful. Cannot say enough good things about this place!!

The Sprint store on Grandview in Waukesha has great customer service, highly recommend them! I came in with an unlocked phone, that I hooked up to my sister-in-law's Sprint plan but made to take a different number (via online, recommended to visit a store to change number). After a short explanation and that I want my number they made it happen within 30 minutes! Friendly, fun yet professional environment.

I have always had a good experience at this location, however, I had an exceptional experience this past week.  Haley assisted me in activating my new phone and getting all of my information copied to my new phone from my old phone.  My old phone was problematic and the transfer took an excessive amount of time.  I arrived there a little after 6:30pm thinking they were open until 8:00pm.  Closing time was supposed to be 7:00pm.  Both Haley and the manager David continued the job with a smile on their face and assuring me that the fact that they were staying well past their closing time was no problem at all.  They kept at it until I was up and running and then thanked ME for my patience when it actually should have been the reverse!  They displayed the best in customer service when I know they would have loved to have gone home!  This location is right by my home, but I would go out of my way to come here.
