I must say that in the years past, I've been a strong Verizon customer for many reasons, but after them consistently raising my bill it got to be way too much for my family and I.  So we stopped into this store in Angleton to check and see what the best deal they had for us.  With a family of 5, it can be very expensive.  After speaking with the rep, Steven was such a great help!  Not only did he help us find the best deal for everything we needed, he was also so patient with every question my husband and I had.  We ended up walking out with so much more than we expected we could get on a much cheaper price than Verizon.  Thank you guys so much!

I went to this store to see about switching from Verizon to Sprint. The people working in this store are absolutely wonderful. They all seem to care and they all wanted to help me with the information I needed. I was going to think about it for a couple days, but after being in the store for 30 minutes I just could not wait. The help I received from the workers is not like anyother store I have been too. Thank you Sprint in Angleton for a great experience and the great help you all gave me and my family. Keep up the great work.

Stood in store for about 6 minutes without even being acknowledged. Two reps were with customers & could have easily spoken & said they would be right with me but never even made eye contact with me as stood there waiting. At least acknowledge the customer....I left the store without being helped.
