Best store in the area. The employees they have now are very nice and very knowledgable. They all want to help and care about the customers. The store manage is the most professional I have ever seen. He actually high 5's the customers, dance around and sings along with the music playing in the store. It has the best atmosphere a customer could ask for. Great job Angleton Sprint keep up the great work.

This store has made a HUGE change with the new management team. First, the team they have put together in there is phenomenal, they know customer service better than any other Sprint store I've been to. They remodeled this location once the new management took over and the place looks AMAZING!!! I definitely recommand going there, they're not all about making sales, instead they reach out to help you. I had a problem with my bill and one of the ladies working that day took her time to call Sprint for me and figure out what went wrong with my bill. Also she informed me that I was eligible for a monthly discount and added it for me!!

This store lies, and there never seems to be a manager present. 

I have spent over 3.5 hours there and the manager was there 7 minutes before he left for an emergency. I bet he was still on the clock, because the 5 employees there spent more time talking about being in the hospital than working. AND those employees were rude and unprofessional. The woman helping me (in her 40/50) was the only professional acting individual. Since the manager was only present long enough to open the donut box, I have no experience with him other than he doesn't inform his employees
of CURRENT information about there policies and product. 

 ALL but one left the store ( got in a car (often 2 or 3 employees in one car) and LEFT, bet they were on the clock too, just not working. I was told WE DON"T PRE SALE, then when I was 1st (for the first come first service policy the store told me) I was told the 5 phones WERE pre sold. . . so what happen. 
I BET THE EMPLOYEES (hmm there were 5 of them) got them. SPRINT IS THAT PART OF YOUR CORPORATE POLICY???
