I went into this Verizon store located in Angleton to get some help with transferring things from my old phone to my new phone and Akash Hassan, hands down, displayed exceptional customer service skills. He showed me what he was doing and realized it was going to take awhile for all of my things to transfer over so he kept my phone for about an hour to make sure everything came over. I went back and picked it up and he did my factory reset on my other phone and showed me how to do this as well for future reference. He went above and beyond to help me. Thanks Akash again for all of your help.

Horrible customer service.  Brought in a LG G4 with a known manufacturer defect and the staff kept telling me I had no warranty and no way to get a replacement other than buying a new phone while still paying for my old phone.  The salesmen actually followed me into the parking lot trying to make a sale.  5 minutes after calling tech support from Verizon I had a replacement phone in the mail at no cost to me.  My phone still had 9 months left on its warranty.  Criminal the way the staff behaved

Adele Cherie was absolutely awesome. In Sales it is so important to listen to your Customer to understand the full sale.  Adel took his time listening and successfully resolved all issues at hand. He is an asset to your Company!
