Customer service tells you to go to this store & they will take care of issues with a brand new iPhone that is having issues since updated which is automatically happening only for the store to tell you after waiting 28 minutes that you need to go to Apple! What bull. Hate sprint. Can't wait until co tract is up!!!!

Tells me that Sprint made a costly mistake but can't do anything about it. In other words, I'm screwed.

Maybe next time someone pulls up to the store 25 mins after you close and you run to the open sign, to turn it off, you should be sure you are turning it off and not just turning it from flashing to solid on. I saw that your hours were 9am-7pm today and that I was 25 mins too late. No need to make an ass of yourself! I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere from now on. Also, most places turn their sign to “closed” at the time they close, not 25 mins later.
