This is one of the best Sprint stores that i have been to, I was serviced by a gentleman named Terrell. He was funny and inquisitive of my lifestyle and gave me a killer plan with a new phone and was able to lower my monthly bill!!! Would recommend this to any and everyone!

This store has the slowest customer service on a regular basis. I understand that some of the transactions might be complicated but the associates could at least acknowledge the customers waiting in line. There is no excuse for such low customer service. This store needs to do better and act more professionally.

WORST SPRINT STORE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. just look at how long i've been on hold WAITING to speak to a manager, mind you, this isn't my first time calling into this store. i've had to wait on hold for more than an hour on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS only to be told someone will be calling me back, but that was over a month ago. I don't even want to give this store any stars because they deserve NONE. On top of everything, my situation has still not been resolved and the acting manager now keeps giving me the runaround. What type of company leaves their customer's issues unresolved for over a month and won't even answer return their calls? FYI, I'm on hold on 2 different phone lines, going over 1 and a half hours now with still, NO HELP.

Greg was such a big help answered all my questions. And what made it even better when he has to help another customer he had Terrell help me out and his customer service like Greg was awesome and made my day better
