***********BEWARE CLIFTON PARK CUSTOMERS************ Sprint no longer works in the Exit 10 Country Knolls/Country Knoll West area. They used to provide customers with AIRAVE devices but that service has been discontinued. Don't pay for a plan that won't work!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - RIP OFF AND LIERS!!! NOT OFFICIAL SPRINT!

They claim to be an Official Sprint store, they are not!!! THIS IS NOT CORPORATE SPRINT STORE! They are bunch of lists who overcharge for products. Wants to charge $40 for a $10 SIM card, for which official Sprint gives free.

If I could I would give this sprint location zero starts.. I went to bring my sisters husband into the store because his phone wasn't turning on and the guy said he couldn't help him and told us to call a certain number. so we went out to my car and I started dialing the number and I see the worker lock the doors and go to his car 15 minutes before he was suppose to close. When I got on the phone the customer service rep told me the worker should have just given him a new phone then and there because it's not even a month old! poor service.. and this guy should get fire for closing early.

I use straight talk. Same coverage,  cost less. What can I say?  I do have a Galaxy S3 and I love it so that's a major plus.
