Me and my brother went in with his Civic for some audio needs, the manager was really cool and worked on the car. Definitely recommend the Clifton Park store.

I speak for the clifton park store only. Good guys, Very Knowledgeable, amd some of the best product on the market. I have never had a issue from these guys

I walked into the Albany, Central Ave location, and purchased a car alarm on the spot. They agreed to install it that day. I left my car in their care and returned 2 hours later. As soon as I got in the car I saw it. On my steering column there was an area that was lighter colored than anywhere else. On closer look I saw a huge score at the center of scrubs marks. I can't say what happened but my guess is they dripped something that melts plastic on my steering column then hurriedly tried to scrub it off. Well it was a huge, discolored, indentation in my steering column, and hard to miss. I walked back inside and said something to the manager, who happened to be the person who sold me the alarm. He swore that it must have been there when I dropped the car off. I said no, the car is brand new, I've had it for less than a month. The manager then went in the back and brought forth a guy he said was the tech who did my car. He looked me in the eye and said no, nothing unusual happened and I don't know anything about that. I wish now I had just called the cops then and there. Instead I left and filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. What happened with that? The AG responded that to the best of their knowledge the business had closed. I wish they would close. They are a blight on car enthusiasts. Stay away from these bastards.

I received a car starter as a Christmas gift from my children and I LOVE it. Boomer did a fantastic job and it is one of the best gifts ever.
