The staff were very patient and informative when it came to my ignorance with my iPhone and bill. I left T Mobile for poor customer service but Sprint won me over two thumbs up.

This store is by far the best sprint store I've been to. The customer service is very helpful, and courteous. As soon as I walked into the store I felt very welcomed. I had many questions, and concerns that they gladly assist me with making my time there well worth it. Ms.Nikki was very knowledgeable and confident in explaining to me the different store merchandise. She actually helped pick out my current phone, which I am so in love with, and can't seem to put it down. I would highly recommend anyone who is currently with Sprint, or may possibly like to join Sprint to stop to this store. You won't regret it.
