Great place to get your phone fixed. Very friendly and courteous staff. I cracked my iPhone screen for the first time in my life but iRepair came to the rescue. Got a very reasonable quote on the repair and told them I'd just wait on it since they had the screen in stock. Great waiting area with free drinks (no beer or wine unfortunately 😉) and a nice, comfortable couch. Small things like that really make a difference to me. In a little over 30 minutes I had my phone back looking and working like new. If I ever crack my screen again, I'll be back.

Took me about 3.5 weeks from start to finish to get my MacBook screen fixed. I paid upfront and I had to call them twice to check on the status of the part. I think they're just too busy to call when parts come in like you'd expect, or maybe I just fell through the cracks. That didn't really bother me though because they were hundreds of dollars cheaper than the certified Apple dealer across town. My screen is now fixed and I'm happy with it.

I cracked my screen on my iPhone 6s and they did fix that and it looks good. But my charging port stopped working and it was working perfect before the repair then they refused to fix it. I would give it one star but my screen was fixed.

I dropped off my computer once and paid for the graphics card to be replaced. It worked briefly and started having the same issues. I dropped it off and had to call constantly every week for months to see what the update was. I was always promised to be called back and no one ever would. They even mentioned that I needed to be the one to get in touch because they were too busy... At one point, I was even convinced that they had broken or lost my computer and didn't want to admit it because they couldn't locate it for whatever reason and left me to call between the different stores over several days to try and find it myself. After finally having the card replaced again, I picked it up and took it home. After plugging it in, I realized my hard drive was wiped. I called and asked why they had set it up as a new computer after promising to back up my hard drive. Their response was that my hard drive was suddenly corrupted beyond repair and they just forgot to tell me. If my life depended on it, I would never go back here. I'm sure they do decent work, but their customer service is the equivalent (actually worse) than McDonald's.

Fixed phone for fair price and in a timely manner. But bent my top left corner of the phone pretty bad while replacing the front camera and tried to claim it was brought in that way. I keep my phone in an otter box at all times. They also didn't put the camera in straight. And then told me they couldn't fix either. Sloppy and I would not be back or recommend them to anyone.
