The salesperson, Dennis, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Not pushy and they try to help you and hook you up with great deals and discounts. I like best that he was very knowledgeable about the different phones and gadgets and also the (T-Mobile service). I think it is the best way for any salesperson to achieve a sale since he/she could communicate to the customer all pertinent and important details. Furthermore, like in the other reviews, they were very friendly and thus exude a very welcoming, friendly, homely atmosphere for customers.

Super friendly staff. They do a very good job even when the store is crowded. I've seen them show amazing restraint when dealing with some pretty unreasonable customers.

I was on vacation and I was not getting internet service. I had made changes and I think that I messed up something. So I stopped here to ask for help. Joseph Duncan was so helpful! I forgot that my name wasn't on the account - it's in my son's name. I took over the phone for the other son - Mom's you know how that goes! He did some things to it and wala, internet service again! I really wanted it since I was posting photo's on my Instagram. Hey I'm in Savannah on vacation. I needed my internet. Thank you so much Joseph. I had no other issues after you fixed it. Monday Nov. 7, 2016: All of a sudden my power button stopped working and I could not turn the phone off. I took the battery out, then I couldn't turn the phone back on. I went to T-Mobile for assistance. They said my battery was damaged. I had to go to a different store to purchase a battery, the phone still didn't work. So back to T-Mobile I go where Sales Associate Hugo looked up my account and saw that I had an extended warranty and that he would put in the order to have another phone sent to me, He said it could possibly be two days, then he looked and said that I could come in on the next day that it would be in. he said he would send a text, but, I didn't have a phone, he said just come on in and it should be in the store. I came in, spoke to one associate, he said my phone wasn't there and that it could be a couple of days. I asked to speak to the manager who was working Tuesday afternoon, I told him the situation, he said let me make a call to see where the phone is. He got on the phone and was speaking to someone and said "I'll explain that to the customer and we'll go form there", he said "I was told that it will take 12 to 14 days for your phone to arrive because it's backordered". He said that my phone was old and that they don't make them anymore or they were sold out because of the explosions that have been happening with the phone. While he was on the phone he said he had no way to tell where or when the phone would be here. I told him that was unacceptable for me to be with out a phone for 12-14 days. He said "there are some other options" Then he started talking about upgrades when he found out that my phone was paid for. He showed me his phone, I told him I didn't want that and he spoke of some other phone, and I told him I didn't want that either. I had a 6 p.m. appointment and had t leave. It was 5:21 p.m. I needed a phone, I went online to purchase a phone outright and for some reason nothing was working for me. So I call T-Mobile and explained my situation to them, telling them I need to buy a phone because I was told it would take 12-14 days for my phone to come in. I told him the phone I wanted and we proceeded with the purchase. For some reason my CC would not go through, he transferred me to a manager, who was unable to help me, so she transferred me to another manager who responded " you are doing a factory replacement, I have a tracking number, you phone was shipped yesterday, I can give you the tracking number" At that point, I as really confused because I was told 12-14 day before I would receive a phone. I got the tracking number and saw that it was delivered at the store and that someone by the name of Warren signed for it at 2:57 p.m.. they had my e-mail, I did not receive an email stating that my phone was delivered and that I could come and pick it up. I printed the delivery confirmation, just in case. I went into the store and was helped that afternoon with no problem. But, to what lengths do the managers go just to sell a phone? does that include lying to customers? It's hard for me to believe that with a company as large T-Mobile that a manager can't find a tracking number for a customer, he said he couldn't find one, but I was able to get it. How many other customers have been deceived in this manner. I found out that I am not under contract with T-Mobile and will be moving my service to a different carrier.

Most incompetent Tmobile store I've ever visited. They must hire high school dropouts only here... Not even smart enough to read the note customer service put on my account.... jeez how stupid... I can honestly say it's a world of difference between this store and the Oglethorpe mall store
