The Sprint Arch Telecom store is the best. Fast, convenient, and much more personable than a regular sprint store. I was in a super rush so they helped me start the transaction and then when I came back after work it was all done!! Diana, Martha and Chris are all wonderful. Thank you!

We are extremely happy with both the service and incredible attention to detail that Anna Pollock has provided us with today. My husband I came into this location a couple of months ago and received false information and horrible customer service from an employee that no longer works at this location. Needless to say, we had been having issues for 2 months trying to figure something out that best works for our plan. My husband came back to this location and was helped by Anna. She was so helpful and friendly that we decided to come back today for further help. She solved all of our problems, was extremely patient and willing to break everything down for us. She answered all of our questions and even helped us get another line. I myself have worked in the customer service field my whole life and I can honestly say, she has provided excellent customer service and has gone above and beyond. If it weren't for Anna Pollock we would not have stayed with sprint. Thank you Anna for everything!

Very friendly and user friendly people working with me in getting my the help and understanding I needed for learning about my devices. It was a pleasure in working with Chris, Martha and Diana.

Out of the 10+ sprint stores I've been to this one beats them all!!! Anna is super helpful and energetic! This store really embodies sprint and their image, its always cleanly and the staff is always customer oriented.
