called at 1:30pm, multiple call drops and "we will call back" and waiting the initial 30 minutes to an hour to get a representative and start the process over again. By the end of it, i got a remote answering machine saying, "representatives service have closed, please call tomorrow" and it was 6:30pm. Literally spent half a day to CANCEL my service only to be loop and dodged and put on hold like a freaking Telemarketer. This is ridiculous from a company so big and widely recognized. If anything, this has only fortified my decision to cancel my service and never do anything with this provider again.

Doesn't close till 7 buy doors are locked at 6:40. Employee won't even talk to me. Just shows me her arma crossed as an x. Like oh I'm closed. But wait HOW ARE YOU CLOSED. I have had an account with at@t for 6years 4+ lines at a time. So many other reasons but this was the icing on the cake. No more at@t for me! So mad right now. All I need is a damn charger that only THEY sell. Wow.
