I managed to drop my iPhone 6 in the water at Discovery Bay. Of course distraught because I had not backed anything up and financed the phone without insurance.... (All terrible things I know) I went into the store and met Joesph. He was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining to me what my options were. We went over the financials of what I am currently paying, could pay or not pay. I really felt like he wasn't trying to make a sale but really help me understand my options. I decided I didn't want to spend any money and had him turn on an old phone I had. He tried to explain to me the iCloud and we both hoped some of my stuff was stored there. I called him and came back just to make sure he or I exhausted ever theory, he never once acted annoyed but instead was patient and informative. I was so impressed by him I told him I needed to tell his store manager and then I looked closely to his name  tag and saw he is the manager ! They have a gem! I'll be back however bc I now dropped the old phone and broke the screen, so see you soon Joseph!
