This location by far has the best employees. I have gone to Smithfield and North providence last week and their service was terrible. I made an appointment for today's service and the young woman and gentlemen who helped were great. They had tons of patients, helped me handle the sprint customer service member I was talking to on the phone while handling my other account. These two employees were great! I wish I remembered their names! I wish all your workers in the other stores knew how to treat their customers!

This visit was helpful. Joe, the gentleman that helped me was very polite and understanding. Its too bad all Sprint employees arnt trained as well and as helpful as Joe is.

I've been to the store twice, the first time they refused to help fix my phone because I didn't buy the insurance plan. I offered to pay whatever the diagnostic charge was and any extra charges just needed the phone fixed and they refused. The second time I went to go look at new phones and the door was open, then a store employee came to tell me they don't open for another 10 minutes and that I had to leave. I said I don't need any help I'm just here to play with the phones cuz I'm looking for a new phone and your door was unlocked, she said we don't open for 10 more minutes you need to leave. Then why the hell is the door unlocked! Bad customer service very unhelpful store

Very high pressure sales tactics to try and get me to switch plans. Even after I told them multiple times I liked the plan I was on. Not sure if they get commission or not, but it got very frustrating.
