Went in twice to switch from Verizon and get more information. The first time was fine, but I needed some more info so I returned later only to be completely ignored by the two employees. We sat for well over an hour and only once, after 30 minutes, were we asked why we were there. It felt like we were being asked to leave. After being told I would need to find out an account number, we were back to being ignored completely along with everyone else that was waiting.

I finally left. Abysmal.

This is the ONLY store I will go to! Every other store is either way to busy or the customer service sucks.
