Ashley at the Cranston Rhode Island retail Verizon store was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a new iPhone as an upgrade and she assisted with the transfer of all of our information and data, did appropriate back ups, and demonstrated very professional, courteous, and patient style of work. This, in spite of people coming into The store, phone calls, and other interruptions. She was fantastic at multitasking, and taking care of more than one person at the same time without any glitches! She is the best Verizon person we have ever dealt with, and we commend her performance today as she assisted us in our purchase. She has restored our confidence in dealing with Verizon wireless!!!!!

This is by far the worst Verizon store in RI after previously having issues with the stores personnel over guaranteed refunds (we had to call corporate to finally resolve the issue, BBB complaint filed), my wife spent 3 hrs. there today while they ran diagnostic checks, I will not put the respective employees name who wasted her entire Sunday and as far as I know still nothing resolved with her faulty phone (and yes have this phone insured) I would stay far...........far away from this Verizon store, will be filing a formal complaint with corporate first thing Monday AM!! Happy to say corporate warranty is sending out a new phone overnight, should have gone this route from the beginning and never stepped back into that store!

8/10/15 I've been a Verizon customer for a few years and have never been to such an awful store before. The girl working the night shift was extremely rude and not customer friendly at all. First, she was talking to another customer and seems annoyed that the customer had questions. Meanwhile I walked around the store (because there was no place to sit and wait) and waited for her to be done with the customer. To my surprise she stop the customer mid sentence and asked me what I needed (she had a tone right there and there was no smile or welcome to Verizon, how can I help you today). I told her that I was thinking about upgrading my phone and also had a few questions about my current plan. She asked me what kind of questions (her other customer now is watching this with an "I can't believe this" face. I told her that I rather wait for her to be done with her other customer so we could talk. She then told me "well, I close at 8 pm" so I am not sure if we'll have time. Mind you that I got to the store at 7:15 pm. Are you kidding me? What a lousy customer service and attitude. She should quit her job if she is not happy. I was so stressed out and couldn't take it. I just walked to the Sprint store next door and signed up with them. They also closed at 8 pm but when I walked in they were friendly and helpful. We did not finish until 8:50 pm and at no time I feel rushed. I was never a big fan of Sprint and would rather to have Verizon, but because of one disgruntled clerk, you lost a customer. Also I was very surprised when no one from Verizon contacted me to inquiry why I was switching carriers. That makes you feel like your loyalty to the company is worth nothing.

Outstanding customer service! !!! Both Stephanie Histen and Stephanie Murphy took the time to answer all my questions and ensure my new phone was completely set up before I walked out the door. I came to this location because of a previous customer's recommendation, and I would highly recommend this location to others!

The staff in this location was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my search for a new device. I worked with both Stephanie and Javier and at no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience to either of them. All of my questions were answered and I felt like I really made a great choice. I will 100% be recommending this store to anyone and everyone, Thank you!
