The manners of most of these workers are mediocre at best. The store sells you faulty phones and then doesn't honor their in store 14 day warranty. They charged me $370.00 for a phone and only want to give me $225.00 back and I'm still in the 14 day window. The service in this area is horrific. I'm usually at 1 bar at all times. I do not recommend this store. It's well worth it to go the extra mile to a different store.

I had a conversation with a woman on the phone who was VERY VERY RUDE told me to hold for over 20min with a concern I had about exchanging a phone they sold to me WITHOUT telling me that I could no longer get insurance I it due to it being preowned when mind you this was my MAIN CONCERN BEFEORE I LEFT because I bought a IPhone 6 Plus...the Henrietta location Which this also goes for never go to the general manager or a guy name NORMAN they lie lie lie to you soooo bad just to get a sell which is HIGHLY UNFAIR either way they cost the customers money even if your in that 14 day window if sprint customer service didn't call me personally on my phone to ask me questions about my sell I wouldn't have knowledge of anything they had done I would have still thought I walked away with insurance for a device that didn't smh

Theres a lady that works most of the time in this location... she is the most rude person i have ever face in my life... the location is always empty but as soon as she sees someone walk to her she gets an attitude... first your signal is not good and in top of that we have to deal with people like her... please send someone to give her some training on customer service...
