Its okay service here. If you're in a rush or have a small child with you I suggest you shop online or leave the babies at home with someone. Too many things for little ones to grab and touch. The service is pretty slow as they are too busy trying to upsell product, get you to buy a protection plan on a game or sign up for powerup card program etc. Or just talking gamer stuff which is fine but if youre in a rush like I mentioned dont expect to be in and out here.

Great staff! Decent selection for a small location! Would recommend if you're in the area! Just wish they offered more of a used selection like some other locations!

Horrible customer service! Managed by scam artists and thieves! Stay away from this store!! Go to the Gamestop down the road near Culver, their service is much better!
