I switched from AT&T after 13 years and had the best experience ever with T-mobile! Chris and Josh were awesome all around! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with the friendliest and most helpful customer service when it comes to mobile services. I couldn’t believe how much more they offered compared to AT&T at a significantly lower cost. I highly suggest making the switch!!

Josh G. offered the most excellent experience that I’ve had at a T-Mobile store. He was not only professional but informative and sincerely filled with knowledge and patience with my lack of knowledge as a customer. It’s because of Josh that my family and I will stay a bit longer with T-Mobile... indeed we are grateful and I can truly say, Josh is one of a kind when it comes to customer service!!!

The customer service here was outstanding. They were personable and very knowledgeable. They helped me set up my phone and did a complete walk through.  The prices here were competitive and not too outrageous. I am so happy to have a T-Mobile here in my area and not have to drive to Little Rock or Memphis anymore. Awesome awesome crew!!!!!!!!!

I Absolutely loved my visit there today. I actually went in there to ask questions and pay my phone bill, and they helped me out with a lot. I ended up getting two phones today with reasonable prices. I also became a new iPhone member thanks to Cheri. She was very awesome and helpful today.
