I love going to this location. They always go beyond the call of duty. Home wood location and the Canal location could learn something from this team. Ryan, did an excellent job. He did what the other locations wouldn't do and that is, provide great customer service. Kudos to Ryan and team CCHills

Today I decide to use the store in Country Club hills. It was the best experience  i have ever had. The staff  was friendly  and helpfully. The young lady that helped  me was knowledgeable helpful and patience. She knew what to do and did it. I am 75 years old and not technically good. She took the time to show me how to use the phone. In fact she program all tbe items she even paired my phone with my car. I can not say enough regarding her customer service. I think her name was Crystal and tomorrow  I will take a dozen  roses and a card to give her. On a scale of 1 to 12 she is a 13. A very dedicated individual  for the store. I am glad i did not go to Orland for service. I will recommend  this store toy friends.

This is just to let you know I am Lynda Franklin I was in the Sprint office in Country club Hills. I brought a Galaxy S7 phone and I was very very very pleased with the service that I received from Helen Martinez and just thought I would let everyone know how amazing and how great her customer service was. I spent a lot of time in this store.  I noticed outside they had a Hiring sign, I commented that I was in so much I should fill out an application.  Most times when you have to wait for service you are upset, even angry but because of the Customer Friendly atmosphere I found  myself willing to wait, which is unusual because I am not a patient person.  I appreciate Krystal who is Outstanding and does a Great Job, Many people came in today and asked but her.  Yesterday she was working Sick, which I do not recommend.   Her Manger Matthew is also very Good at what he does.  He provides the comradery that make people want to come in and buy from them.  His Management style is one that says, I am here for you, and my people and I are a Team, we work together for you the Customer.  You can tell there is Respect for his management style and the Public appears to love him.  GREAT Job, all around.

I have visit this store and Matthew  and Helen were very knowledgeable  and gave excellent  service and I would  highly recommend  this store to my friends.
