The tail lights I got for my vehicle looks amazing. It gives it a nice show look on the road and definitely makes my car look a lot better. I called their customer service with some questions and concerns that I had, and they let me speak with their Tech Support team as they assisted me with great service on installation guidance. I would recommend Spyder Auto if you're looking for great durable aftermarket lights for your vehicle. Their products are made with great quality and their services are very professional as they work step by step with you to get the lights working the way you want them to. Good job Spyder.

High Quality Designs Low Quality Product  and customer service that's so horrible its almost laughable. If you are dead set on buying from this company because you like the design you will need to silicone the lights as the seals are extremely poor this is not a one off light I have dealt with this company for years your lucky to not have a problem, Warranty doesn't exist don't waste your time they will wait you out and never take care of the problem. They may quote you a price then later tell you they will not honor it. They are truly a disgusting company which is a shame as they do make nice looking things if they just made higher quality , had good customer service and ran the business with integrity they would be a value-able company to the aftermarket industry for now I feel there more of a the scum off the industry. Why deal with them for years customer request but I have had my last issue can no longer handle it.

I had an issue with my headlight burning out bulbs. I traced the issue to a faulty harness. I contacted Spyder, I dealt with Christopher in customer service. He found the part I needed and I had my headlight fixed in no time. Thanks for the help.

My experience with shady spyder auto is so so BAD! I purchased 2 headlights for my 2010 GMC Acadia Denali and after a few months the clear layer started peeling off and looks HORRIBLE! I contacted the seller on eBay and they said they only offer 60 day warranty and to call shady spyder auto and they said they don't honor there products warranty, even though there website clearly says one year warranty manufacturing defects and that's what I have! Shady spyder auto doesn't care and only deletes my comments so new buyers won't be fooled like me! 😡😡😡😡😡
