Overall it was a great experience. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the trade-in value we were given was extremely low. I once traded in a 1991 Geo Prism without a muffler for more money than we received for the 2009 Chevy Cobalt we traded in this time. But everyone was nice and efficient, which we appreciated!

This was my second time coming here to get a car. Each time my and family and I did our business with Steve Chang. Steve Chang is fluent in both Korean and English, which is great for a family like mine. My parents are comfortable speaking Korean, while I am more comfortable with English. Both times I've been to this dealership, we were met with nothing but honest and genuine respect. Steve is always understanding and patient. He always went the extra mile (pun intended) to help us find the best deals. Steve Chang is our go-to man at Puente Hills Hyundai!

DECEIVING, you do your dealing on line so you don't have to go and sit there for hours making a deal. Everything is settled down to to color, options and models. Everything is written down through email and all specifics are agreed and even the manager is notified. I am filling happy to go in and sign and give my girls there first new cars than BOOM, then manager said he can't do this deal. I tell him i have it on email, and the blame game starts that he didn't know this and that. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Good luck with your deal .

Excellent service and friendly staff. I drive from Ontario to always get my car serviced. Sure their are other dealerships but my service department is here The best.
