Receptionist (an older gal) was extremely kind. She helped me on the phone with directions, as I went to the Emergency facility accidentally (5 miles up the highway). She was however the ONLY RECEPTIONIST for a desk that is for allergy, audiology, dermatology, ear nose and throat, hearing aid dispensary, OB/GYN, pediatrics AND podiatry.... 8 "clinics"... with a single receptionist!?!? When I needed to check in there were 3 people in front of me, and 2 behind me. the receptionist tried for times to process my payment for my copay, however the system was down. I was told I could be billed or I needed to pay cash. I opted for a Bill, as I had no cash. While this was occurring, the line was growing. When I sat down after not paying my copay, because SSM payment service wasn't working, this was the line... all waiting for the one receptionist. She was really nice, calm and collected, not the least bit frazzled. She apologized for the wait, and I believed her. However, I also see this as being the "normal," as two different people in scrubs popped their head out to look at the line... Come on clinical management... run your clinics professionally! 1pm isn't the lunch hour rush by any means.

I saw Dr. Luskin for allergy/autoimmune. He went over my health history, families my symptoms and took the time to listen. I work in the healthcare field and I felt he was understanding, a good listener and specific on what the plan was. I as a patent and Healthcare worker would refer him.

Dr gindlesberger is by far the best gyno and family dr I have ever had I recently got the birth control implant in my arm and she told me that it wold benefit my cramps and all but wow I never had such amazing and effective results in that aspect of it sorry guys but it's totally the truth and it's a huge part of why us women are so cranky that time of month if you have had a horrible experience in trying to find a gyno or the right family dr totally try dr g she is the best of the best

The receptionist is the rudest I've ever dealt with. All I need was to know the hours of the clinic and she refused to tell me.
