I’ve been going here for years and have only had positive experiences. Sometimes the nurses take a while to call you back but they are busy and that doesn’t bother me. If it’s an emergency, they don’t make you wait. Lovely staff, nice building.

I have been here quite a few times and brought my daughter several times also.  I have never had to wait long, scheduling has been easy, all levels of staff have been kind and empathetic and I have always been happy with the care I received.  I have used their online tools when I had a sinus infection and was able to get medication without a visit.  I've never had a charge that I thought was unreasonable.  I am not sure why this facility is rated so poorly - I'd recommend it to anyone.

Finally find a good doctor and she leaves then I've been getting the run around trying to get my prescription filled.  Just tell you they'll call you back to get you off the phone.  I've even been laughed at by one of their receptionists. Terrible service

out of 10 times you get the follow up calls   2 out of 5 times the scripts get messed up. Not filled on time, cannot find Dr to sign, etc... My wife has even worse experiences with this clinic, which is why she goes to West side, 35 min farther away.  Seems the bottom feeders are at this clinic. Not same quality of staff as you have on West side.  They do have some great staff also, so I cannot say its everyone. Not all the Dr here are arrogant, only a few.

Overall very poor experience with UW Health; unfortunately I’m stuck with them because I have Unity insurance. PCP availability is terrible - you have little to no options for who you can pick, unless you have no preference on location or will take a resident (who will be gone in 3 years). Ever since I started going to UW Health I have had problems getting a prescription filled that I’ve been taking for over a decade...all due to a prescriber’s preference; there is total lack of consideration that it has worked well for me. As a registered nurse and a patient, I wouldn’t recommend UW Health to anyone!!
