Was there lastnight, Aug. 27th 2017 at about midnight for my father who has a history of heart attack.. Needless to say, he was there for CHEST PAIN.. He'd been there since 10:00pm.. Actually got into a room at 1:00am, sitting in a wheelchair for 4 hours, his legs were starting to get numb! That hospital needs to PRIORITIZE the severity of who comes in!! I'm so UPSET & will NEVER taking ANY of my family members there!.. I DO NOT recommend this hospital to ANYONE with a serious condition! I'm thankful my dad's visit WASN'T his heart, but good forbid... IF it WAS.. And something was to happen to my dad... That hospital wouldn't be there!

My wife recently stayed in this hospital for 2 days. I have to say from admitting to discharge, every person we dealt with was friendly and helpful. My wife never waited longer than 5 minutes for a nurse or aide to come and help. I can't say enough about how genuinely nice the people who work here are. If she ever needs another surgery, I would hope she has it at St. Clare's.

This place sucks. I got a call from my doctor last Thursday (August 24) saying my potassium was low and to get to the emergency room. The doctor was rude and I only saw him once. He wasn't interested in hearing my concerns. When I asked the nurse if I was supposed to continue the medication that caused it to drop and she said she'd talk to the doctor but never got back to me. It took 6 and some change hours for me to get blood drawn twice, a bag of potassium, and have 4 potassium pills.

What a great experience. Daughter had surgery and everyone was so nice, helpful and compassionate. Felt my daughter received top notch care

They sent both the insurance company and me the full bills thinking I'd be dumb enough to pay. Even after I complained about the billing they didn't fess up to this. I think it's routine practice. If you have the ability to pay, they will run up the bill to cover all the deadbeats/bums that come in there. The facility is literally overrun by bums/drug addicts and you'll sit in that damn lobby for hours and hours.... Been here about 5 times in 12 yrs.
