Before I dropped my clothes I made certain that the things I dropped off on Thursday morning would be completed by Monday at 5pm. I explained that I needed the clothes done because I had work travel scheduled and they agreed it would be no problem. I received a ticket showing that pickup time but when I arrived on Monday at 6, I was told the clothes were not done and wouldn’t be in until the next evening. So I didn’t have the clothes ready for work travel and I have to make another stop at the cleaners to pick up my clothes. One of the most important service aspects to me is being on time. If I can’t count on them to keep their time commitments, I won’t leave my clothes with them or continue to be a customer.

Very disappointed!!! Dropped off my husbands suit to be dry cleaned and when he picked up the dry cleaning someone else's clothes were added to our stuff. We were charged $65 and when we went back in and told them of their mistake I was informed that the girl working could not credit back by card BUT I could get a store credit or call the manager on Monday. Just spoke with the manager and SHE CAN'T credit my card either but would give me a store credit.... No Way! Now I have to wait for the OWNERS to credit my card back!!!! So unprofessional!!! And what about the persons dry cleaning that they sent my husband home with, what if we would have just thrown it away???? Lets see how long it will take to get the credit back on my card!!!!!
