This dept makes applying for  septic tank installation permit a nightmare! In this 21st century generation of high tech, the only way to apply is in-person! in their office! before 4pm! though the office closes at 4:30p. I work about 30 mins away, left my job early with the hope of getting there before 4p, tried, but couldn't beat the traffic, got there 4:05p, called the office while in the parking lot to be told not to border to come in. I asked if I could start the paperwork, sign it and call the following day to make payment over the phone, the lady said no.....! Simply put; this office needs to revamp their old way of doing business and make this process less cumbersome for all!!
