We came here during the lunch rush on a Friday. The place is half filled by people using it as their office, so we had to wait ten minutes to sit down at a filthy table. We had to use plastic utensils because the  silverware didn’t appear remotely clean. The floor was covered in trash. The beverage station was coated in wet sticky liquid. Staff are drinking their own beverages at the pass. The food was ready quickly and tasted decent, which is why it gets two stars. I cannot recommend this location.

Ordered rapid pickup on my way to a meeting on a cold morning with my son in the car. There are many signs that say to call when you arrive and they will bring to your car. This is the ENTIRE reason I ordered Bread Co that morning.
After many calls and no answer, I had to leave in order to get to my meeting on time.
After my meeting, I again tried calling and no answer. I ended up driving back to the Bread Co several hours later and getting my money back for my prepaid bagels that were still waiting for my pickup. Excuses from the manager included that this calling for rapid pickup is just a test for this particular Bread Co and if they are too busy then they can't bring it to your car. TAKE DOWN THE SIGNS BREAD CO!!!!
The manger offered me a cookie on my way out for my troubles. Haha! No thanks!

THE GOOD:
The soup is fantastic! The workers were very kind and friendly🤗 
THE BAD:
The place was not very clean. The floor was dirty, tables littered. I got my food to go😕

Sandwiches were awful. the quality was very low. lettuce and onion in sandwiches were rotten! and when we told them they brought us a 5 dollar soup instead of a 10 dollar sandwich!

I stopped at this location for my lunch break today. I ordered my food for carry out at the kiosk because the restaurant was packed. It took over 30 minutes to for them to make my food, while I was watching people who ordered way after me get their food before me. Because I worked in the food industry for 7 years, I try to be understanding when it comes to the peak hours--it can get busy. I get it! But at this location, I saw so many employees walking back and forth doing nothing -and the employees who were working, were moving at a glacial pace while most of the customers were standing there waiting 25 minutes or more for their orders. Not sure what was going on, but it seemed like the employees didn't care about what was going on, and neither did the manager. You need to be mindful of the fact that most people only have an hour for lunch and they shouldn't have to spend their whole lunch break waiting for their food.
