Well I don't usually make reviews but I thought I should today. I don't like the fact that the tellers have the power to release and hold a check it really annoys me. I went to cash a check that someone sent me and it has all of my info on it printed and everything. The tellers ask to many questions one of them asked did you get a new job or something because of the amount of the check like either you can cash it or not. And they hold a check just because of the amount I just think that the tellers are nosey I will be transferring to an actual bank soon.

This credit union is not helpful at all. I'm getting different answers on the same questions I ask.

I was there today and the service was terrible. One crazy lady kept going on about them taking A PENNY out of her account without her permission . I've been sitting there waiting for two hours to get three documents notarized only to find out the THING that does notery didn't not have her machine. Then it had the nerve to pat its dry ghetto looking weave in the middle of its statement  Terrible customer service!!!

Catch this place at the right times and you wont have to wait forever in lines or drive thru. Other than that staff is alway polite and respectful.
