I had a wonderful experience here when dropping off my mom I was greeted by the wonderful Admission lady I think her name was Ofelia She was very helpful and sweet she showed us around and really made the transition for my mom go very smoothly. The therapy was great and the staff there are really sweet.  My mom is doing much better now and she still keeps in touch with her friends that she made over there on her short stay. The grounds are beautiful and the outdoor gazebo was a really nice spot for us to sit and have wonderful chats together. My mother loved knitting out there and she would only like to come back here when the time is right for her to think of final placement. I heard that they have wonderful Assisted living Apartments as well that are very reasonably priced and have a wonderful porch access as well. My family can not stop singing praises to this wonderful place. They really are a god sent and have really helped my mom out so much no words can even describe my appreciation that me and my family have towards them. Thank you guys so much for everything you are truly doing gods work.

This facility is very nice. The nursing staff and aides are very friendly and helpful. Therapy and activities are great as well.

My father was neglected and mistreated while he was in St. Mary's Manor in Lansdale, Pa. The CNA's were never around and when they were available, they weren't respectful or kind to my father. 

He would wait for an average of 30 to 45 mins for someone to help him to the bathroom and because of this my father now struggles with incontinence. 

Physical Therapy was mediocreat at best. My father spent all day in his wheelchair and never regained his ability to walk. He actually fell while there and we were not notified by the staff or administrators. We probably would've never known had it not been for his roommate who reported the fall to my family. 

The harsh treatment, lack of care, disrespect and overall disregard for my fathers health and wellbeing was deplorable and heartless. Please do not send your loved ones to this facility.

I was very nervous coming to a skilled nursing facility, never having been to one, but all fears went away the second I got there. From the nursing care, to the therapy sessions, to house keeping and meals, everything at St. Mary's was a pleasurable experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone I talked to and would return if necessary at anytime.
