The prices are good. There is a large selection of clothing and shoes. They always offer deals on certain colored tags. You may donate almost anything here. The check-out lines can get long and slow.

I scheduled a donation pickup. The driver was very rude and because I brought everything onto my small porch and stacked it, no gloves and by myself, he refused pick up because I added a few items. It was my first donation pickup and I wasn't sure how it worked. He even said to me "Other drivers may pick this stuff up but I am not going to". He even had some boxes at his feet, which were on the list, and he refused to even take those. After refusal I asked about taking the mattress topper which I had put on top of the stack and he had already refused. Without even lifting it up he put a hand on it and said he saw rips and stains. There is no rips or stains as it was used maybe twice ever. I had called earlier that day and they said he was running behind. After he had left I called the center who advised they have no deadline however they drive until their list for the day is over. I think he skipped me on purpose to get off earlier. I did this all by hand by myself with no gloves and he had another person with him to help him. He said it looked dangerous....So I guess "other drivers" would get it means he was to good to pick it up. Thankfully Good will took it all. He suggest 1 800 got junk to me. I am glad my goods will go to someone who shops at Goodwill as it was tons of toys, clothes, kids stuff, and other items that could really help someone or make them happy. I will never schedule a donation with them again due to this rude driver

Filthy dirty and expensive busted up junk not worth anything. The overwhelming smell of dirty old clothes rank with body odor hits your senses when you first walk in activating your gag reflexes with a little bit of throw up in the back of your mouth. The junk here for sale is stuff you would normally find out on a curb somewhere set out for the trash man. Their pricing is absolutely horrendous thats why there is so much junk just sitting there on their shelves, piling up with dust and bugs. Outside the store off to the right it's always overflowing with dropped off broken up furniture, not even good enough for use of any kind, that should just be put in the dumpster, however people just pull up over there park their cars there and make in impossible for others to use parking spaces near by. I'm all for being thrifty and saving money but this place is downright disgusting, had to immediately go home and scrub down in the shower to get the awful experience off of me and use a neti pot to wash the stench out of my nose, I'll also take a few days off of work to recover as well, long story short I'd avoivd this place.

A year ago I would have given this place 5 stars. But ever since it's been under new management the prices have gotten higher and the shelves are so packed it's impossible to look. Sometimes even dangerous I have seen weights fall and it's just insane the amount of stuff they pack onto the shelves. I do enjoy the workers there though and I never have waited in line longer than a couple minutes.

I rated a five because I was able to find a LOT of bargains today which was also seniors day. So instead of 3 bags or less . I came out with 6. The store was very busy but all employees remained extremely nice.
