I have shopped here since about 2011. They for a while had a "nicer" side of the store that I would go to for work wear and just nicer label items...it took a lot of time off my shopping trip. They got rid of that and put everything together. Now it isn't so much fun, you have to rifle through a bunch of junky old clothes to find something decent, so I just do not bother as often. The prices have went up the last few years but still better than a consignment store or one of the Midtown "vintage" stores. The employees are always very nice and helpful and there is always parking. I wish they would bring back the old format as it was easier to get in and out and always find something, but what can you do. Still a decent store with very friendly staff.

I was impressed with how nicely laid out this store is. Just enough product to give you a choice, not so much stuff you feel like you’re in an organized dump. Well done. Found 3 perfect items at a great price.

Always something here that catches my attention; occasionally they have brand-new clothing pieces donated by big brand-name manufacturers with distribution centers in the area; you can buy outlet-priced Eddie Bauer jackets and sweaters here, for example, and I've also seen a lot of imported Asian-manufactured clothing items, often special occasion dresses and gowns, that are still brand-new with tags attached (although the sizing is ridiculously different in China vs the USA). My main complaint, as usual, is that prices could be a little lower, but I say that about most stores (what can I say, I live for a good deal). All in all, it's for a really good cause. I greatly respect and admire the Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada / St. Vincent's staffers and all the dedicated volunteers that contribute to helping our community.

Best thrift store in Reno. Great parking. Lots of quality children's clothing. Lots of nearly new shoes. Some good furniture too.
