I called this location before making the one hour drive to replace a faulty cellphone I had just received via mail. The employee who (eventually) answered the phone put me on hold to check inventory and make sure they had my phone in stock. The employee confirmed that my phone was in stock and told me it would take 10 minutes to do a warranty swap without any cost to me if I came into the store. Upon arriving at the store after a one hour drive I was told they do not have my phone, will charge me a $35 restocking fee and could not give me any sort of bill credit to compensate the massive inconvenience. The manager said he is sorry but prepaid plans do not come with customer support and there is nothing he can do. In the continuing saga of being a resident in a rural area where there is absolutely no option but patronizing Verizon... I broke the screen on my phone and am trying to get a new one. The website can't help me since my town does not have mail service (they don't ship to PO Boxes) and the customer service number just transfers me in an endless loop between sales and prepaid. So I get to go back to this lovely place. I call the store and John answers, sounding like he either wants to die or already has, and says they are out of the phone I want and the only way they can order it is if I come down to the store (an hour from my home) and pay for it, then return a week later and pick it up. This place and its staff are like a caricature of bad customer service. They couldn't be worse if they tried.

Check in experience went well, wait time was very reasonable right before the holiday season. The rep that arrived had zero interest in helping us, nor did he answer any questions fully. Apathy would have been a step up. He did not unbox our phones, go over any of the plan features (or removal of my current plan features and discount), or assist my mother picking out accessories.

People make a business in the service industry. Right now, the most fabulous person at this store is Michael. Over the past two years, I've visited this store a couple of times and gotten regular service. This past month, I made several visits and other contacts trying to get my mother the phone and accessories she wanted, Michael went above and beyond to help us and correct misinformation she was given at another store. Thank you Michael!

Hot fire! This store and specifically their employee Aubrey gave me the one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Aubrey went above and beyond to help. She stayed late to answer my questions, she called the cell phone division of my company to help me get my work phone and personal phone figured out. I never heard..."Oh I'm sorry that's just our policy." It was amazing. Go in and ask for Aubrey. She will treat you right I guarantee it.
