STĀ is the new Cafe/Coffee Shop located in Cape Girardeau located across the street from SEMO towers. STĀ has an inviting modern industrial feel.

Story

Here at STĀ, we love to love! We love coffee, we love food and we love people.
Our love for coffee; Three Avocados is a not for profit organization out of St Louis. It was started by a few men who traveled to Africa on a mission, when they returned to the states they knew they wanted to do something to help from home. They source their beans from small farms in Uganda and Nicaragua and all of their profits go back to the people of the villages in way of clean water sources and education!
Our love for food; began in my grandma's kitchen! Working beside her at a young age and growing up to work in the restaurant industry only made my love stronger. I attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York and crafted my skills. While in NY I worked for a small restaurant that specialized in Dietary Restrictions, mainly Gluten Free, because my mother was diagnosed with Celiac Disease.
We created a menu that is approachable and small, yet unique to the Cape Girardeau area. We offer all menu items with a Gluten Free counterpart, as well as many vegetarian and vegan options. Our food items are made in house from fresh products (local when we can) and our bread is made locally by Creative Crackers LLC!
Our love for people; 1 Peter 4: 8-9 says, Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins. Show hospitality to one another without grumbling.
We live in a different world these days...a divided and hate filled world. We hope that our small gesture of love and hospitality when you walk through our doors will radiate through you into the community. Share Love with everyone!
Eat. Drink. Belong. This is what we stand for and what we strive for on a daily basis. Do we fail sometimes? Absolutely! But we can rest in the fact that we have a God who loves us as far as the east is from the west!
