1) They are very small and always need to look things up and call you back - and when they don't, they blame you for not being more diligently on top of your requests. 2) They are not always open at the times their sign says they are 3) We booked through this location because my sister was getting married in Universal Orlando and went though this office - the entire family regrets this decision. We all had different packages, prices and features - some features dramatically changed how we were able to plan our trip, such as early admission to the parks and such. 4) Paperwork was wrong, had to be emailed to us with corrections made. 5) Stacy's Travel was unable to answer questions about the resort they recommended so highly and unable to tell us that our family would be in the same building. Sort of a main reason we went through the same travel agent. Ended up calling the resort and getting everything settled through THEM instead, and they provided incredible accommodation. 6) Resort called to tell us that we had TWO reservations booked (not one) and we should cancel if we didn't want to be charged. They admitted that since a third party (Stacy's Travel) booked the rooms, I couldn't cancel it - Stacy's Travel would have to, and if they failed to do so the charges would go to Stacy's Travel and not to us. Despite this, we checked in with Stacy's on 2 separate occasions to give them the heads up and both times were shrugged off "Nope, there's only one." Okay, I guess. 7) $40 in resort fees + tons of taxes not disclosed until we picked up our paperwork 8) Ticket vouchers still required us to wait in the ticket line ages despite buying them months in advance. Will Call window told us many agents redeem the tickets and have them sent within 2 weeks of the trip. **I support small local businesses, especially woman-run businesses. I do not enjoy writing bad reviews, but as an avid reader of reviews I would have liked to have read this one! In the end we had a nice trip and all, but we were way too stressed out about dealing with this office and no one in my family will be returning. I don't recommend it for anyone who needs details or specifics**

I wish I could give ZERO stars, but that isn't an option. We booked a vacation a year in advance. Life happened and we had to cancel a few months later due to unexpected financial obligations. They told me we had to come in to cancel. I did. When I was told there is a cancellation fee for Stacy's Travel (not the cruise line we booked through) I took my credit card out. I get it, nobody is happy to have to pay a cancellation fee, but I understand why they do. It was $25 a person and yes they did charge a cancellation fee for our two children that are 7 and 5 years old, so $100 bucks. Whatever, I get it. I handed my credit card over and Stacy, the owner herself, sat behind me saying, "My employees don't work for free" and things like "You don't work for free why should we." Hostile. Another woman started pulling out the contract and making copies and trying to show it to me, to which I said, "I agreed to pay it already, I don't need to see the contract." So, as the environment grew more hostile with unnecessary comments, the poor women actually helping me wrote down my credit card information and then told me I could leave. I went to leave and Stacy stood up and said, "I am going to call the police if you leave!" (RIDICULOUS!) She stated I had to sign my credit card statement, which the employee hadn't even run my card yet, she was going to charge it later (like you would over the phone with the expiration date and security code on the back). Stacy and two other employees bullied me while the woman typed my information in and charged my card. This seemed to take a lifetime... I was called a "terrible client" and Stacy said "We don't want your business." I commented about that and said, "This is disgusting" and the women called me disgusting back and laughed at me. I mean full-on bullying, all because I had to cancel... just gross. I've never been talked to that way by a group of strangers. Terrible business. Terrible employees. TERRIBLE SPITEFUL OWNER. Shame on them.
