Padgett's Jewelers has terrible customer service. I took my watch in to have the battery replaced, and when I returned to pick it up I noticed the band was separated from the face on top and bottom. I have a Nike watch with a rubber band, so this separation cannot be fixed. The watch was not broken when I took it in, yet they claimed they did not do it. Why would anyone get a new battery for a broken watch???? The owner even lied, claiming SHE was the one who changed the battery (therefore she knew they didn't break it), however, when I took it in she could not get the back off the watch, and said someone else would have to do it. I didn't even want any compensation for the watch, just money back for the battery replacement! Very poor service...poor attitudes. Not to mention the crap jewelry they are trying to sell and the rank smelling store. I would NOT recommend this store for anything!!
