Stanford Automotive is wonderful! Their customer service is excellent and the ladies in the office are great to deal with. The guys in the shop are through and took the time to explain the repairs to me and the  pricing. All in all my first service has made me a lifelong customer of Stanford Automotive.

They will charge more than document charge price. Be careful. you need to check your credit card balance later.

Blown away by the service... I was coming from Florida because we were evacuating due to Hurricane Irma. I realized half way to my destination that I absolutely HAD to pull over and have someone look at my breaks. I just knew I was about to get overcharged because I wasn't a local and had no clue where to go. Thank goodness they were the first choice on Google. I would have to write a book in order to go into detail about the kindness I received from the moment I just made the call to find the place. They said to come on down and they would get me back on the road. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They fixed my breaks and made sure it was road worthy with a price I couldn't have ever beaten. On top of that I lost my wallet and realized it while I was there. They called about 45 minutes after I left just to make sure I had found it. If I didn't live all the way in FL, I would take my car here every time it needed to be serviced. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!  Ps. The owner even stopped and entertained my three children several times. 💙
