I used their online reservation system, which provided a hassle-free and accurate quote. I received the quote at 3 pm on Wednesday, and they were cleaning my carpets by 10 am on Thursday. The techs were courteous, and the carpets came out looking great. They gave me a hard sell on their equivalent of Scotchguard. I declined.

we have been using this service for 2 years. they are always quick, courteous, efficient and professional.  we had carpet staining on champaigne colored carpeting from a previous pet.  the tech expained that the staining is in the wood beneath the padding.  he said to be sure and let the area dry for 48 hours using a fan before walking on it.  the stain has not reappeared even with it being in a main traffic area.

When they were done it was perfect, that lasted about two months then the same stains reappeared. The stains were from dirty water coming off snowcovered boots. Someone called about 8 months later to ask about the service and my wife told them about the reapperance, she said she would get back to her. 8 months later and still waiting. I must say the men that did the job would receive a 5 star but the result merit a 1.
