This was a great experience! Cheryl and Kelly at the office were super friendly and easy to understand and talk with as well as professional. Todd and young man with him were wonderful, courteous, respectful and moved quickly to get the job done and we were happy with the results! Thanks to everyone at Steam Action in Boardman!

As a first time customer of this company, I was blown away by the level of professionalism of both the office workers who took my call and the gentlemen who came and did the cleaning! They showed up in nice looking uniforms, a clean professional truck, and answered all my questions with their many years of experience and training. They did a thorough job on my dirty carpet, and really showed they cared about my concerns. They wore nice shoe covers to protect my wood, and had high speed fans to make sure everything dried quickly. I had the carpet protected and deodorized afterward, and the difference is remarkable! I would highly recommend Steam Action Carpet Cleaning to everyone I meet. In fact, I will be calling them soon to clean all my upholstery too!

I have personally used steam action to clean our carpets for years! My carpets dry fast and smell so clean. I love their friendly,courteous,and and efficient employees. They even move my furniture and wore botties. The most important is that someone always calls me back two days after to see how satisfied I am. I love steam action and recommend them to all my family and friends and co-workers.

My Family and I have used this company for many years. Carpets are dry the same day. Always professional. They call me 2 days after they come to make sure we are satisfied with the service. Never a problem.
