I have 2 very large dogs. They are both inside dogs. They track mud in and out of my house and had the house smelling quite a bit. Jim came out and did a remarkable job. My house no longer smells and I couldn't be happier. I will highly recommend Tender Touch to any of my friends. They were professional and stand behind their work. How many carpet cleaners do you know that would actually follow up to be sure the smell was gone. I had guests coming from Florida and he made sure everything was perfect!!

These guys are amazing! They show up on time, they are personable, professional and leave our business spotless for a very good price! Highly recommended!

He did a great job on my sectional and carpets. With 2 small children and light colored carpet and furniture, there was a lot of work to be done. He got all the stains out, didn't rush, and was very professional. I was very pleased and will definitely use again.
