Hey sorry staples staff for posting this weeks later (almost 2 1/2 weeks) 😑 Sorry again But you guys were amazing especially since I had doubt of whether or not you'd copy my picture I drew /painted manager Justin B and Chris were really cool in helping me copy my picture and help me find the right paper gloss to be exact and Chris even was cool in helping highlight the picture in color on the comp w/o my knowledge till I noticed later on (I'm hyped!) especially since it's for an very important lady also Melissa was also great and very kind in helping get two extra copies a day later because I was dumb witted and didn't realize their was sulfites in my water which accidentally smudged on it (chemical reactions aren't they something..,😤)Anyways all are copies are the way I wanted them ..Don't know what all the negative-hype is on some of these comments of others.. I will admit service used to be a little slow at times but that was years ago when other people were working and I bet some might of been sick and or were probably busy with others...definitely will come to you guys and gals again if I need more copies and the Bluetooth headphones are -killer in a good way thank you Again

I went to have copies made on some papers that I need to get done by tomorrow. I was getting help from a guy in a blue shirt and he wears black rimmed glasses. A girl came over to the counter and he asked me if he could take her. He said she was there before I was and he only had to cash her out and that it would be quick. Well, it wasn't quick but that's no problem. I was trying to get my papers together. Well, finally it was my turn , and he wanted to set me up at a copier. I don't like using them, anyway he asked my if I have a credit card and I told him I didn't. He told me to wait a minute and went and sat at a computer at the counter. I did complain to a manager that was there. I cannot believe how bad the service was. Your store has the worse service. If for some reason the guy was in a hurry, he should've got someone else to help me. 😠

The manager is horrible---he's apparently a capitalist sympathizer, treating the bottom line of the store or the chain as his own, arbitrarily refusing returns (I had to educate them about their own return policy!), actively finds reasons buried in the terms and conditions to deny selling more than one product under a rebate (even though there is a limit of 4 products per person/address/household, and ``normal'' Staples stores, i.e., not this one, gladly sell you the products), etc. If you need to perform a transaction that won't highly benefit the bottom line of Staples, avoid the effort of arguing with this store and instead opt for the Staples in So. Nashua, where there will be no problems.

Its a Staples do not have much to say about it other than they are surprisingly more expensive then they should be.
