Not the best Best Buy I have ever been too, but not the worst either. They seem to be mostly on top of their game. Only problems I have had was confusion over online showing an open box item there and then finding out it wasn't. One manager I first spoke with was not so helpful at first, with a "you're out of luck" kind of response, but a different manager (I believe he was the district manager) was more understanding and although couldn't match it completely, still helped me find a different one he could work with a little so I didn't make the trip for nothing. I appreciated the effort.

Best buy is one of the best stores you can get your electronics with rest of mind. Their customer service is prompt and will never attempt to skive. Most times you buy items from other stores with coverage it becomes a problem and one is made to part with a dollar and a dim at that point in time. That is not the case with Best Buy. Bought a Kindle for my daughter with coverage when the screen got cracked and that model was no more available. We got a store credit of appropriate amount to pick up another at our convenient time. With the quality of their Geek squad l always say, How best can it be if not Best Buy. Hope they continue with good business sense.

This is a Great place and good black Friday deals. The stock and deals were really good and they had plenty of stock available in store during the black Friday sale. The staff was really helpful and they guided us to the right product places and explained certain features if needed. Some of the open box deals were also very good. The store is at a prime location where there are other stores nearby too and other utilities available too. Overall, it was a nice shopping experience visiting the best buy and purchasing few products during the black Friday deals period at the best buy.

This is a great store. Popped in for a few items before Christmas and they had everything I needed in stock and matched the lowest prices out there. The store is really big and has everything from computers to TV's to appliances all in one place. Hoping to come back and check out the Magnolia center to see the really cool home tech.

Visit this Best Buy to save Tax..!! Not a very big store. Located close to Pheasant Lane mall. Lots of food places available near by. Parking area is not too big. Usually this place is not crowded except Black Friday’s. Save on electronic goods here. You do not get unlocked phones here. You’ve to visit Pheasant Lane mall near by which is less than 2 miles away.
