Lots of school supplies. The staff is also very knowledgeable about where things are. They also price match which is very useful.

STAPLES READING SHIPPING CENTER- DO NOT USE IT. WARNING. My package went MIA. The sales assoc noted they do not keep the package tracking info on their computer system. After the advice of my local UPS center, the Staples manager found the info on their system. I eventually got the box returned to me with the items stolen from it. All that was inside was the shredded up xmas wrapping paper. Check out the massive amount of claims from others against Staples whom are unable to get their claims processed. Do not use Staples shipping- there are thieves in this company. Stick with an official UPS center.

This is the best Staples store in all massachusetts.All the agents here are so pleasant and welcoming,starting from the one who mans a station right after you enter the store.He/she greets you and immediately asks to help with anything that you need.This makes you feel so valued,appreciated and comfortable no matter how little the business you had that had taken you there.Most staples stores heve a 'do it yourself' corner where you scan,print,copy etc,and woe unto you if you are not conversant with that type of technology in most of the other stores ive been,they look at you like you are an alien and give you very cold looks and do not even offer to help.They just shrug their shoulders and walk past you like you are not even there. But in this Reading store,the few times ive been there,everybody jumps to assist with a smile,and thats a very rare commodity in many establishments.I recently had a very pleasant with a Mr.Hunter who helped me scan some photos and then attached them to an email and though it might be easy for most people,i was struggling with it and Mr.Hunter did it so willingly and didnt put me down with that look of'how dumb can you be'.I give this store a big 5 star or 10 if theres one like that.I drive from far and pass all the others close to me just for their excellent services here.Thumbs up to you all:):)
